• Rights infringement: Content that infringes on the rights of others (such as privacy, intellectual property rights, etc.)

• Public harm: Content that infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of others or the public interest
• Impersonation: Generating voice content that impersonates individuals without explicit consent
• Fraudulent audio: Creating audio content intended to deceive or defraud others

Users must ensure that the input data is legal and compliant, and that the user has the legal right to use the data or has obtained the necessary authorization. The user also grants JamVib non-exclusive use rights within the scope of the service.

Additional Usage Rules:

• Comply with laws and regulations and respect the legitimate rights and interests of others
• This service shall not be used to develop or improve products that compete with JamVib
• Content or data generated by the service shall not be obtained by improper means
• Reverse engineering, reverse assembly or attempt to crack the source code of this service shall not be performed
• Voice cloning services may only be used with proper authorization and consent
• Audio content must comply with platform-specific guidelines when shared on third-party services

5. Mobile Application Usage

You are responsible for providing the mobile device, wireless service plan, Internet connection, and any other equipment or services required to download, install, and use the Mobile App. JamVib does not guarantee that the Mobile App can be used on all devices or networks. Availability may vary depending on your region.

Notifications and Communications:

As part of the Mobile App services, you may receive push notifications, local client notifications, text messages, emails, or alerts related to updates, account activity, or important announcements ("Push Messages").

• You may opt in or out of non-essential Push Messages in your device settings or in-app settings
• Essential administrative messages may still be sent regardless of your preferences
• Any fees incurred for receiving Push Messages (e.g., mobile data charges) are your sole responsibility

6. App Store Terms

Apple App Store:

If you download the Mobile App from the Apple App Store: You acknowledge that these Terms are solely between you and JamVib, not Apple. Apple has no responsibility for the Mobile App or its content. Your use of the Mobile App must comply with Apple's App Store Terms of Use.

Google Play Store:

If you download the Mobile App from the Google Play Store: You acknowledge that your use of the Mobile App must comply with Google Play Terms of Service. Google has no obligation to provide maintenance, support, or warranty services for the Mobile App.

7. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Mobile App
• Circumvent technical limitations of the Mobile App or modify it in any way not authorized by JamVib
• Use the Mobile App to build competing services
• Delete or tamper with AI generation identification markers without authorization
• Use voice services to create content for fraudulent, defamatory, or illegal purposes
• Generate audio content that infringes on third-party copyrights or trademarks
• Bulk download or scrape audio content beyond reasonable personal use limits

8. Limitation of Liability

Users understand and agree that although JamVib has made its best efforts, it cannot guarantee that this service fully meets the needs of users, nor can it guarantee the accuracy, reliability and legality of the generated content.

The generated content is for reference only and does not constitute legal, medical or other professional advice. JamVib is not responsible for the results of using the generated content.

JamVib has the right to change or terminate the provision of certain service content when necessary in accordance with laws, regulations or third-party requirements without prior notice to users or liability.

9. Content Review and Moderation

JamVib reserves the right to review the user input content and generated results. If the content violates the regulations, JamVib has the right to delete or block the content.

According to the requirements of laws and regulations, JamVib will automatically mark the relevant logo of "generated content belongs to AI generation", and users shall not delete or tamper with such logos without authorization.

10. Complaints and Appeals

If a user believes that their rights have been violated or finds illegal information, they can file a complaint to JamVib via email (support@jamvib.com).

Users can submit relevant materials for appeal, and JamVib will respond within 5 working days after receiving the appeal.

11. Indemnification

You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent JamVib from and against any and all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.

12. Disclaimer

Although every precaution has been taken to verify the accuracy of the information contained herein, neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information, materials and software found or offered on this website for any particular purpose.

"JamVib" is the registered trademark of JamVib. JamVib trademark is severely prohibited from using on any product or service which does not belong to JamVib, unless it is used with our prior written permission.
